I can 100% relate to this, Ricky! I‘ve accepted no matter how much I use and practice my German (I‘m from the U.K. and live in Germany) there will always be some things that are wrong - but it doesn’t matter as much as I used to worry it did 😂
Exactly, we'll have mistakes, but also natives do... and we always find our ways to make us understandable.
Also huge kudos for learning a second language when you are an English native, I guess is quite tempting to think "I already speak the most international language in the world, so who cares?"
